一、 基本能與特點(diǎn) Features: 1、 本機(jī)采用特殊攪拌分離機(jī)構(gòu),錫渣自動(dòng)輸入進(jìn)入攪拌區(qū)焊錫內(nèi)部； Uses special mixing & seperation design, the dross automatically feeded into inner part of mixing part. 2、 錫灰自動(dòng)分離出來,并排出至錫灰收集箱內(nèi)； Automatic separation of tin and tin ash,into the tin and tin-ash collection device. 3、 分離后的焊錫自動(dòng)進(jìn)入焊錫貯存箱內(nèi),達(dá)到一定液位后自動(dòng),人工打開放錫咀,排放至接錫盤內(nèi)成形； Separated liquid pure tin automatically stored in the tin cabin, when it is reaches a certain volum, the alarm system turns on, operator just only need discharge the liquid pure tin into molding tray. 4、 本分離裝置無需人工清理高溫濾桶內(nèi)的錫灰,解決了高溫危險(xiǎn)性； This machine is no need to clean high temperature filtering cabin to oid any human damange. 5、 分離率非常穩(wěn)定,分離后的錫灰呈面粉狀,目視基本無明顯錫粒； Stability of high separation rate, powder type ash afterater separation hardly see any solder by visual. 6、 完全符合節(jié)能、安全、環(huán)保要求； Suit for energy safty and Econ-friendly requirement. 7、 日處理量：100KG-120KG/8H； Ability: 100KG-120KG/8H 8、 隔熱防護(hù)網(wǎng)，避免操作員燙傷，機(jī)殼表面溫度控制在45度以內(nèi).
